Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as practicable at [email protected]. We may request supporting information, including photographs and details of the issue, and may require the product to be returned for assessment.
If the product is confirmed to have a fault or defect under the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund of the purchase price, as appropriate.
If the product is assessed and found not to be faulty or defective, it will be returned to you.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault or defect.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
